Estimates and final price
Website prices are estimates. The final price depends on the size and condition of the space, requested tasks, frequency, access, and any add-ons, and will be confirmed before service.
Included extras and offers
Deep and post-construction cleaning include microwave, refrigerator and oven interiors and pet hair removal within the agreed scope. These four extras are not added separately to those services. They are optional for other services. The first-cleaning offer and frequency benefit do not stack; the estimator applies the more favorable option. Other reward eligibility is confirmed by our team.
Appointments and access
The customer must provide safe, timely access to the property and disclose parking instructions, pets, delicate items, or areas that should not be cleaned.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation or rescheduling terms will be disclosed before payment and appointment confirmation.
Scope and safety
Hazardous materials, severe mold, pests, bodily fluids, dangerous conditions, heavy furniture, construction debris, and specialty restoration are not included unless expressly reviewed and accepted in writing.
Satisfaction
If something included in the agreed service was missed, contact us within 24 hours with details so we can review the concern and work toward a reasonable solution.
Payments
Payments are due according to the amount and timing shown in your confirmed appointment or secure payment link.
